Update 1.1

Update 1.1 post.

Updated the game to fix a couple of issues and some other minor changes.

Namely:

- Fixed issue where the staircase leading to ending 1 was missing a target location, and thus could not be accessed 

- Fixed an issue where a specific chest simply lacked contents

- Added a splash screen
